Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Ready for your Private Sound Experience

Booking Your Soundscape
Once you’re ready to book a Soundscape experience, simply contact us with your preferred dates, times, and the location of your home. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours with pricing and availability.

Confirm Your Booking
To confirm your session, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is not an additional fee, it will be applied toward your final total. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled Soundscape.

Extra Travel Fee
There is an additional travel fee for any location more than 25 miles from The Soundscape’s home base, located near the HEB on Pflugerville Parkway in Pflugerville, TX. This fee will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
Once a Soundscape is booked, we have a strict zero-cancellation policy. All bookings are final. Cancellations for any reason—personal, medical, weather, or otherwise are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

By submitting your final total, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding, as each session involves significant time, preparation, and a limited number of booking slots.

Arrival & Setup
Please be mindful that setup is a sacred part of the Soundscape experience. The instruments are delicate and require intentional care and presence to arrange properly. Your sound facilitator will arrive 30–40 minutes prior to begin setting up. We kindly ask for patience and space during this time. The soundscape can suggest an activity for the group to do while the setup is underway if the group would like one.

Kind Request
To support a smooth and serene setup, please ensure your home is cleared and ready before our arrival. A minimum space of 6 feet by 6 feet is needed for the sound instrument orchestra. If you are hosting multiple participants, please ensure there is adequate room for everyone to lie down comfortably without feeling cramped or stuffy.

Creating a clear, clean, and clutter free environment allows the energy of the experience to flow with ease for you, your guests, and the sound itself.

What To Bring
To help you settle in and fully deeply relax into the Soundscape experience, we recommend bringing some or all of the following: a yoga mat or padded surface to lie on, along with a blanket for warmth and comfort. Pillows or a bolster can support your head, knees, or lower back, and any personal yoga props you enjoy—such as yoga blocks or a personal eye cover.
*Note: A Jade stone eye cover is included for each participant to borrow during the experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to rest with ease, and consider bringing a pair of cozy socks to stay warm during stillness.
Personal crystals to place around your personal space are encouraged to help facilitate healing energy.

Creating a supportive and nurturing personal setup will enhance your ability to fully receive the experience.
